Nancy Grogan started investing in real estate in the early 1980's and became extremely frustrated in the buying and selling process. In 1995 Nancy decided to enter into real estate and take the frustration of buying and selling out of the picture for her clients by providing excellent service and knowledge. Nancy is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which is held by only 4% of all Realtors nationally, and was awarded 2004 Certified Residential Specialist of the Year
for outstanding achievement in sales, service, education and professionalism while observing the highest level of ethical standards within the profession.
