Nancy,
We want to thank you very much for all of your extra efforts in selling our
house this fall. Your advice on what was needed to make it a real show-home
was great, and obviously very effective. From listing to closure in 10 weeks,
including the buyer being delayed out-of-state, was faster than any home in
the neighborhood.
Thank you again, very much.

To Whom this may concern,
I have had my house on the market with other Realtors for over two years, and
it didn't sell until Nancy Grogan became my Realtor.
I listed my house with Nancy and within three weeks it was under contract.
I highly recommend Nancy to be your Realtor, I though at one time I would try
to sell my house on my own, but with all of the in's and out's of contracts
and such, I was really glad I had a Realtor who cared about me and took care
of everything in such a professional manner.
Thank you,
Barbara Hinton

Dear Perspective Client:
My name is Bruce McDonald and I have lived in West Jordan for nearly seven
years. I had a wonderful experience on the sale of my home and I would like
to share it with you.
I built a new home, the very first for myself. I put a lot of detail inside
and out and went to the extra mile on everything. Not to put to fine a point
on it, but I overbuilt for the area. I was very concerned when it came time
to sell. I wanted to get the most of the time I put in.
Therefore my quest for the agency with all the right stuff began. I listed
my home for six months with one of, if not the biggest agencies in the valley.
I was assured that I would get the most out of my home and that because of their
size I would receive the very best service and exposure offered. This company
double teamed the sale and after six months of hoping, one month extension to
the listing and two price reductions, nothing came out of it but a frustrated
home owner, me!
Once the listing was up, I thought maybe I had to do something extreme, possibly
a huge price reduction or something that would assure success. That was the
time I was referred to Achieve Realty Group and Nancy Grogan.
I called Nancy and scheduled an appointment. I wanted to see what kind of a
person she was. I was so impressed with her on that day, I gave her the new
listing on my home.
During the month that she showed the home, she made it a point to be at every
visit. Impressive! It didn't take long before she had the perfect buyer for
us.
Everything that Nancy said she would do, was done. She represented us well.
I fully endorse her to anyone who wants what I wanted, my home to sell at the
best price possible.
Nancy, thanks for all your help.
Sincerely, Bruce McDonald
St. George, Utah
Dear Collen and Jay,
Thank you for recommending Nancy Grogan and Achieve Realty to us. She was all
you said and then some. When we saw a home we wanted in St. George we spend
the 300 miles trips back to Sale Lake discussing the sale and Realtors. In the
9+ years since retirement, we have almost as many Realtors list our home, different
Realtors from Wardley (twice), Mansell, Coldwell, John Hamilton ( we told you
what happened there and others) all of them always anxious to list and post
their signs out front then they would wait for the house to sell itself or for
someone else to do it for them; but with Nancy we learned something new, marketing.
When we called her she came the same day. We set a price, which she said was
too low for the footage we had . She set a new price.
No other Realtor had offered a four-month contract, which we figured we could
endure so we signed and braced ourselves for the "hassle". Within
a week, Nancy had passed out flyers to all of the renters living in apartments
within a several mile radius as they are the potential first time hombuyers.
Ten days from contract signing an offer came in.
One of the things we really liked was the way Nancy would screen for us. She
talked to people who wanted our home and helped them check to see if they might
possibly qualify, giving them suggestions for money available to fist time home
buyers. She could tell the "wishers' from the potential owners and saved
us a lot of hassle.
The first offer did not materialize so she put our home back on the market
and within five days two offers were made. I was out of town so she screened
and took the offer that seemed the best to Robert to accept or decline. At this
point we had complete trust in her judgment. The papers were signed and the
home sold for what Nancy thought it was worth, and she was in contact with us
daily, keeping us updated until closing. Everything was always clear to us and
if we had questions she was there with the answers. She even advised us on the
purchase of our home in St. George that saved us a lot of headaches and money.
After w sold and moved to St. George she called about a small problem with
gas line in our old home which needed our attention. Rather than have us travel
the long distance back and forth, Nancy took care of it for us.
She has emailed us and set Christmas card expressing her concern about in our
new home. Now that's above and beyond the call of duty. Instead of hiring a
Realtor we feel as if we've made a new friend and that is great!
Thanks again for the tip that certainly paid off. We really owe you "one".
If you get to St. George we would like to take you out to dinner. Food here
is better than in Sale Lake because it comes with sunshine not snow or inversion.
We are sending a copy of this letter to Nancy to retain her files as our endorsement
of her and her company.
With gratitude,
Robert and Louse McCleve
